Facility Configuration
Facility settings apply to all units and patients within the facility.
Facility Settings

| Name | Display name for the facility |
| Slug | URL-friendly identifier for the facility |
| Timezone | Facility's local timezone (used for shift boundaries and reports) |
| SSO Provider | SAML 2.0 or OIDC identity provider (optional) |
| EMR Config | EMR integration settings (type, FHIR endpoint, credentials) |
Timezone
The facility timezone determines:
- When shifts start and end
- How timestamps display in reports
- Night mode protocol activation times
All data is stored in UTC. The timezone setting controls display and scheduling only. Changing it won't affect historical data.
Multi-Facility Support
Organizations with multiple facilities can manage them from a single account:
- Each facility has independent units, staff, and patients
- Staff accounts can be assigned to multiple facilities
- Reports can be generated per-facility or organization-wide
